To order send an e-mail to sales@eisenaudio.com indicating the following:

1) Quantity of kits desired
2) Your name, shipping address, and phone #
3) Is this is a residential or commercial address?
4) Your preferred form of payment (see below)

We will usually process your order within two days and send you an e-mail invoice in response. This invoice will explain how to submit your preferred form of payment.

You must agree to our terms and policies (see below) before placing an order.

Payment Options:
- Credit card payments must be processed online via PayPal or Google Checkout. PayPal does not require an account. Google Checkout requires a google account. Choose your preference.
- With a PayPal account, funds can also be transfered from a bank account or PayPal account balance.
- Local customers (New York City area) are welcome to pick up kits in person and pay cash.
- If none of these options are available to you, please contact us to see if we can make an exception.

Shipping:
Eisen Audio, LLC ships via UPS Ground within North America, and via USPS to all other locations. We may make exceptions upon customer request. In the rare event that items are damaged or lost while in transit, Eisen Audio, LLC will do everything it can to help, but shall not be held financially responsible for said loss. Carrier's insurance claims, where applicable, are to be submitted by you, the customer. If your kits have arrived in tact, but you believe there are items missing, please contact us immediately for replacements.

Terms of Sale:
You, the customer, will have 2 weeks to pay for or cancel your order from the time the e-mail invoice is sent. You order will not ship until a payment is received and clears bank deposit. Completed orders ship at our earliest convinience. Should there be any lead time or delays surrounding your order, usually due to out-of-stock items, we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of canceling for a full refund, minus any third-party transaction fees.

Returns:
Should you wish to return an order, Eisen Audio, LLC must receive the shipment within 2 weeks from the time it arrived at your location. The items must be in their original condition and packaging, in the original shipping box. We will NOT reimburse you for any shipping costs. In addition, the cost of items we deem to be NOT in original condition and/or packaging shall be deducted from your refund. Eisen Audio, LLC cannot be held accountable for third-party transaction fees deducted when refunding a payment.

Support:
Absolutely no technical support is available for completion and assembly of DIY500 and mkII Minimal Kits. Please do not call or e-mail with any of your technical questions; you will not receive a response! If you have enough do-it-yourself experience to sucessfully complete a DIY500 Minimal Kit, then you will find all of the information you need in the (upcoming) DIY500 mkII website.
