To order, please send us an e-mail indicating the following:

  1. Item(s) and quantity desired
  2. Your name, shipping address, and phone number
  3. Is this is a residential or commercial address?
  4. Your preferred form of payment (see below)

We will usually process your order within two days, and send you an e-mail invoice in response. This invoice will explain how to submit your preferred form of payment. Orders usually ship within one business day after payment has cleared bank deposit.

Shipping:
Eisen Audio, LLC normally ships via UPS Ground within North America, and via USPS EMI (Express Mail International) to all other locations. We may make exceptions upon customer request. In the rare event that items are damaged or lost while in transit, Eisen Audio, LLC will do everything it can to help, but shall not be held financially responsible for said loss. Carrier's insurance claims, where applicable, are to be submitted by you, the customer. If your order has arrived in tact, but you believe there are items missing, please contact us immediately for replacements.

Terms of Sale:
Unless otherwise noted, you, the customer, will have two weeks to pay for or cancel your order from the time an invoice is issued. Your order will not ship until a payment is received and clears bank deposit. Completed orders ship at our earliest convinience. Once paid for, should there be any lead time or delays surrounding your order (usually due to out-of-stock items) we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of canceling for a full refund, minus any third-party transaction fees.

Returns and Refunds:
Initial deposits for EAC custom modules are non-refundable, unless we can promptly secure another buyer for the completed unit(s). Should you wish to return an order, Eisen Audio, LLC must receive the shipment within two weeks from the time it arrived at your location. The items must be in their original condition and packaging, in the original shipping box. Exceptions can be made for demo items. We will not reimburse you for any shipping costs. In addition, the cost of items which we deem to be not in original condition and/or packaging shall be deducted from your refund. Eisen Audio, LLC can not be held accountable for third-party transaction fees deducted when refunding a payment.

Support:
Unless otherwise noted, Eisen Audio products (excluding kits and other user-installed devices) are under an implied 5-year service warranty covering labor, and a 90-day limited warranty covering parts. The warranty periods begin on the day that your order ships. These warranties do not account for damage we deem to be inflicted during return shipping, via operator error, and/or by devices and environments external to the Eisen Audio product in question. Such damage shall be repaired at a rate of $50 USD per hour, plus cost of parts. Customers must pay shipping costs associated with warranty returns.

Absolutely no technical support is available for completion of DIY500 and mkII Minimal Kits. If you have enough do-it-yourself experience to sucessfully complete a DIY500 mkII Minimal Kit, then you will find all of the support you need throughout the web pages of eisenaudio.com. Completed kits may be sent in for repair at a bench rate of $50 USD per hour, one hour minimum. You, the customer, pays shipping cost both ways. Replacement components, when necessary, are not included in the $50 USD fee and shall be billed separately. Eisen Audio, LLC is not obligated to supply third-party replacement components for DIY customers.
